you would like more information on the items in our galleries or would
like to place an order, please contact us via email and we will endeavour
to repy as soon as possible and give more detail regarding size and
price
We use this system for accepting enquiries and orders as we have previously
had difficulty maintaining our shopping trolley whilst away on holiday.
We still accept payment via paypal.
Payment
Payment by PayPal is the quickest and most secure way
of paying for your purchase.
You do not need a PayPal account to forward payment
in this manner. We will also accept a cheque or postal order but please
remember this will delay posting as we will have to wait until we
receive and clear the payment.
Postage
UK Postage is added to your purchase at the checkout and your item
will be sent via first class mail or parcel post unless we notify
you differently. We would normally dispatch goods within 24 hours
of payment by PayPal.
Please allow 1 to 5 working days for UK delivery. For International
Postage we will email you with a quote for postage costs. Please allow
up to 21 days for International delivery.
Refunds
& Returns
We are fully confident that you will be delighted with your purchase.
If however you are unhappy with an item and wish to return it please
be sure to email us first. For health and safety reasons fishhook
fastened earrings may not be returned. Providing the goods are returned
to us securely packaged within 3 days of receipt, are unused and in
their original condition we will offer a full refund less the original
delivery charge.
Damages
Please remember that glass needs to be handled gently, if your jewellery
or stained glass sun catcher is dropped or falls onto a hard surface
it will break! Sadly we cannot accept any responsibility for rough
handling!
